成瘾研究中心量表（ARCI）
成瘾研究中心量表（Addiction Research Center Inventory, ARCI）用于测量药物主观效应。本实现基于公开可核对条目的46项改编短式版本，覆盖镇静、欣快、兴奋、苯丙胺样和致幻/烦躁等五个经典维度，适用于药物主观体验研究与随访场景。

Scoring and Interpreting Results
本实现输出五个分量表得分：PCAG（镇静）、MBG（欣快）、A（激活/兴奋）、BG（智力效率/苯丙胺样）、LSD（烦躁/知觉异常）。各分量表得分越高，表示该类主观药物效应越明显。由于ARCI常用于药效研究，不存在统一的轻中重临床阈值，因此本实现不提供固定分层。
