CBS 是儿童孤独谱系障碍早期筛查中常用的家长报告量表之一，包含 14 个行为项目。当前实现基于中文三点评分版本，提供总分、9 个 critical items 分数以及传统中文使用口径的补充提示。

请由熟悉孩子日常表现的家长或主要照护者，依据孩子最近一段时间的实际表现作答。每题请选择“从不 / 偶尔 / 经常”之一，分别记为 0 / 1 / 2 分。

Scoring and Interpreting Results

CBS 共 14 项，按“从不=0、偶尔=1、经常=2”计分，总分范围 0-28 分。当前实现同时给出两套常见筛查口径：1）2024 年台湾研究建议的总分 >= 12 分，或 9 个 critical items 总分 >= 7 分；2）中文传统使用说明中的总分 >= 14 分，且“从不”不超过 3 项、“经常”不少于 6 项。量表仅用于筛查参考，不能替代临床诊断。
