- 评定方式：由临床人员结合问诊与观察评分，不建议完全自评。
- 评分特点：各项目分值不完全等距，总分越高提示戒断越重。

Scoring and Interpreting Results
CINA 当前实现包含11个参数，总分范围0-31分。不同条目按原公开表格赋予0-2分、0-3分或0-6分不等的分值。公开资料强调其主要用途是监测戒断严重度变化，通常不使用统一轻中重截点；必要时可计算“最大戒断症状百分比”=总分/31×100%。
