Filling Guide

请由熟悉孩子日常表现的父母或主要照护者填写，并根据这孩子过去六个月或这学年的行为作答。每题选择“不真实 / 有点真实 / 完全真实”。

Scoring and Interpreting Results

SDQ 共 25 项，每题 0-2 分。情绪症状、品行问题、多动/注意问题、同伴交往问题各 5 项，四个困难维度相加得到困难总分，范围 0-40 分；亲社会行为单独计分，范围 0-10 分，不计入困难总分。家长版常用三段参考：困难总分 0-13 为正常范围，14-16 为边缘范围，17-40 为异常范围。量表仅用于筛查，不能替代诊断。
