请根据孩子平时的一般表现作答，而不是某个偶发情境。每题按“从不或几乎没有 / 比较经常 / 经常或非常常见”三档评分。

Scoring and Interpreting Results

量表共 22 题，每题 0-2 分，总分范围 0-44 分，分数越高表示活动水平越高、情境控制越困难。当前按公开资料划分 6 个因子：不安宁（19、20、21、22），就餐行为（1、3、4），看电视行为（6、7、8），玩耍行为（11、12、13、14、15），睡眠行为（16、17、18），话多（2、5、9、10）。总分划界值为 17 分，17 分及以上提示活动水平偏高筛查参考。
