由受过训练的临床评定者结合受评者近 48 小时的主观报告和访谈期间的客观观察评分。

Scoring and Interpreting Results

第 5、6、8、9 项按 0、2、4、6、8 分评定，其余 7 项按 0–4 分评定，总分 0–60。总分越高表示躁狂症状越严重。研究中 25 分是与临床总体印象重度对应的重度阈值，不应替代临床诊断。
